F 27 5 6 227lbs 200lbs 27lbs 4 months I ve done weight watchers intermittent fasting 16 8 and a stationary bike 3x a week. r progresspics Very well made.
April 7th left to today. IF lazy dieting and Peloton bike 4 5 times a week. I need to buckle down on my diet as I don t see a huge difference but my Very well made.
I lost 90 pounds with just cardio cycling 1st picture the last 2 months I ve dropped 2 rides a week in favor of kettlebells and I m loving the results so far. Things Very well made.
F 26 5 5 188 1 month Finally back to working hard after years of being over weight and then slightly less overweight. Not sure my current weight but flatter tummy Cico exercise bike walking Very well made.
